According to a report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Ernst & Young (EY), Indian spending on online games, including rummy and Online Fantasy cricket sports, will increase by 26 percent annually by 2021.

The number of paying players (in console, PC and mobile games) will increase by 17 percent to 95 million in 2021.

Best Fantasy Cricket Games The number of online players also increased by 8 percent and reached 390 million in 2021. In 2023, it should exceed 450 million.

Ashish Pherwani, Director of Entertainment, EY India, said the growth of online games is due to the fact that average users spend more time and also the increase in the number of new players in India.

He also noted that this growth is driven by the lifting of the game ban in many states, an increase in spending capacity and the emergence of new players in Level 3 municipalities.

Earlier this year, several Indian states, including Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, lifted bans on skill-based gaming for real money after the case was brought before the Supreme Court.
